Do we provide certificates of compliance for your products?
Yes we do! We have a wide range of certificates available such as 2.1 / 3.1 product certificates which can be provided if needed.

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping based on DDP service with GLS.
Express with UPS Express delivery: £ 20,-
VAT, customs, and other import duties?
All orders which are ordered at Wilson will be sent to you based on DDP service.
You don't have to worry about VAT, customs and other import duties.
You can choose between standard free delivery by GLS (3-5 working days)
or
Express shipping by UPS (1-2 working days)
What is the lead time if I place an order?
Since we aim on providing the best service for our customers, we always ship your goods the same day or the day after.
This is only applicable for couplings which can be supplied from stock. Once shipped by GLS it would take about 3-5 working days to arrive at your facility.
If you need your order more urgently, please contact our sales team or select UPS service for a faster delivery (1-2 working days)

A product is not on stock, what should I do?
We have short delivery times for most of our products. If you are interested in buying a products which is not on stock, let us know by sending an email to info@wilsonwilson.co.uk or per phone: +44 (0)161 394 0737.
Information about the current delivery time will be provided to you straight away.
What are the payment methods?
Mollie is our payment provider, so you are provided with a safe and easy payment.
How are my goods being shipped?
Goods ordered from Wilson will be shipped by using GLS or UPS.
Invoices will be attached to the shipment and custom clearance will be dealt by according what is mentioned during the final stage of your ordering process.
Who is Wilson?
Wilson is a brand managed by the Dutch company Cohose B.V.
It is a Webshop for the direct selection and purchase of products such industrial couplings, connecting fittings, threaded fittings, clamping fittings, clamps, couplings and valves.
How do I see when my goods have been dispatched?
Once you have paid and placed the order you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail.
If the selected product(s) are in stock, you will receive a GLS or UPS tracking link as soon as the shipment is packed and ready for dispatch.
How do I amend an order I have placed?
We are all humans (except for our website systems) so that means if you want to:
Change the quantity you ordered
Cancel the order
Change the delivery address

What do I do if I need my order urgently?
All of our orders are sent by UPS or GLS standard service which has a lead time between 3-5 working days.
If you need your goods faster you can select the UPS express service on the checkout page.
The lead time of the UPS express service is between 1-2 working days.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
We work with GLS & UPS. Allthough they have good delivery performance we sometimes encounter delays due to missorting or custom clearance.
Unfortunately this is not within our power.
