How to assemble a hose with these clamps?

Insert the hose over the fitting or pipe where you want to secure it. Ensure it fits snugly.

Position the Clamp:
Slide the ear hose clamp over the hose, positioning it so that the "ear" (the small protrusions on the clamp) is aligned where the hose and fitting meet.

Use the Ear Clamp Pliers:
Place the ear clamp pliers around the ears of the clamp. These specialized pliers are designed to compress the ears inward, securing the clamp in place.
Squeeze the handles of the pliers to tighten the clamp. The ears will bend inwards, applying even pressure to the hose, ensuring a tight seal.

Check the Tightness:
After applying pressure, check the clamp to ensure it’s securely fastened and the hose is tightly attached to the fitting.
If needed, apply a bit more pressure with the pliers for an extra-tight fit.

Inspect for Leaks:
If you're using the clamp in a fluid or air system, you may want to check for leaks after installation.
